Belmont County Help Me Grow is a group of parents and professionals committed to helping young children (birth to age three) and their families.

We understand that some children will develop 'typically,' while others may need help to achieve their goals. We believe that by working together in providing families with all the resources and information they need, we can help families make wise choices for their child and the family unit.

The Belmont County Help Me Grow program offers prenatal and newborn home visits, parent education, developmental screening and multi disciplinary evaluations, family support, parent-to-parent support, group meetings, playgroups, service coordination, transitioning, resources, and referrals.
