The Community Action Commission of Belmont County provides transportation to medical and social service appointments for residents of Belmont County.
The program operates Monday through Friday. Generally persons are limited to one social service and one medical appointment per week.
Eligibility is based on household income. Documentation required for eligibility determination includes; written proof of income, a copy of the person(s) social security card, picture ID or a birth certificate, and a copy of the person(s) Medicaid card if applicable.
